Answer:- Arabic Text - وَإِذَا أَرَدْنَا أَنْ نُهْلِكَ قَرْيَةً أَمَرْنَا مُتْرَفِيهَا فَفَسَقُوا فِيهَا فَحَقَّ عَلَيْهَا الْقَوْلُ فَدَمَّرْنَاهَا تَدْمِيرًا | English Text - When We decide to destroy a population, We (first) send a definite order to those among them who are given the good things of this life and yet transgress; so that the word is proved true against them: then (it is) We destroy them utterly. | Bangla Text - যখন আমি কোন জনপদকে ধ্বংস করার ইচ্ছা করি তখন তার অবস্থাপন্ন লোকদেরকে উদ্ধুদ্ধ করি অতঃপর তারা পাপাচারে মেতে উঠে। তখন সে জনগোষ্টীর উপর আদেশ অবধারিত হয়ে যায়। অতঃপর আমি তাকে উঠিয়ে আছাড় দেই।
